Classes and Small Groups
I offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 10 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. Join a small group to get more individualized training and programs. Small groups are capped at 5 people.

Ski Machine, Rower, Airdyne bike are just the beginning of these full body training workouts. The athlete is in all of us.
Strength, Cardio, and Core Small Groups
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays
10am – 11am

Trainer day off
Long extended warmups, Core and Hip Activation, Dynamic Med Ball Warmups, and a great full body circuit.

Tuesdays, Thursdays
9am – 10am
Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.
